Greyson's Visitors & More Hospital Pics

The kids came with my mom everyday to visit us in the hospital. Greyson was born on a Thursday and we left on Sunday. During our stay at Fairview Southdale, we had several visitors....

Our New Family Of 5!

Our whole family has been looking forward to meeting our new little baby boy....the kids have been sooo excited for months! What a hard thing to wait for! I was so anxious for them to meet Greyson later that day! My mom came to stay with us and was watching the kids for us while we were in the hospital. Patrick went to pick them all up after Sophia finished school that afternoon (it was of course snowing outside making the roads no so good) and brought them up to the hospital. Sophia and Gavin were a bit shy at first but then came and sat by me on the bed with the baby. They warmed up quickly to him and wanted to hold him....it warmed my heart seeing them both with little Grey and seeing that they loved him at first sight as well.

I just cannot tell you the extreme happiness it gives me to have my whole family finally together....our 3 kids together. Our family is finally complete now with arrival of Baby Grey. I have so much to be thankful for and feel blessed beyond measure!

Greyson Kenneth Is Born!!!

On November 21, 2013 Patrick and I went to Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN for my scheduled c-section at 9 am. As we were driving there we could not believe that we were actually going to meet our baby boy in a couple of hours and that it was actually going to happen on the scheduled day....our 2 other children happened to be a little bit more unpredictable. How ironic that our one "surprise" baby would end up to have the most planned out birth!

Greyson Kenneth came into this world at 9:20 am. He was one beautiful and healthy baby boy! He weighed 6 lbs, 8 oz and was 19 inches long. He was my smallest baby yet! But, not by far...Sophia weighed exactly the same amount but was 1/2 an inch longer. Gavin was quite a bit bigger at 7 lbs, 12 oz and 20 1/2 in. long.

Greyson was perfect and we were just over the moon!
