Chask 5K

Patrick did his 1st 5K this in May in Chaska.  He did just great and ended up getting 1st in his age bracket!  Pretty darn good for his first race ever!
Here is the whole group before starting...can you see Patrick?  He is in there....

He moves to the front of the group....

Gavin and Sophia also did the Chaska Kid's Fun Run.  They both did really well and can't wait to do something like that again!

Spring Is Here!-April Wrap-Up

Our silly boys....they sure love playing together!

Our little Grey is becoming a bit of a dare devil!

Grey loves to "help" me with loading and unloading the dishwasher...

 What a stinker!

Grey's favorite toys are balls...especially basketballs for some reason.

Little boy, big ball.

Patrick took Sophia to a Daddy & Daughter Dance this past April.  It ended up being a beautiful day and so we went out to eat dinner @ Lola's on Lake Waconia and spent some time by the water before the dance.

One weekend morning after breakfast we all walked down to Lake Bavaria....it was such a calm and beautiful morning...a nice morning with the family.

A silly pose by Gav while playing soccer one afternoon in the front yard.

Sophia was in a play for the 1st time at school.  It was called "3 Nanny Goats Gruff".  Sophie played 2 different parts and did a great job!  We were all there to watch her and cheer her on!

Gavin did soccer this spring and did really well!  He has gotten so much better than last year!  He made many goals throughout the season and really learned how to handle the ball....he sure had some great moves!  It was so fun to watch him and cheer him on!
Here he is sitting down with his team, biting his nails....another thing he picked up this season:(

Gav's turn.

That's my little soccer player!  Such a proud Mama!

Gavin's soccer season came to an end in May....already looking forward to next year!  I think that playing soccer with all the older neighborhood boys has really been beneficial for Gavin...he sure learns a lot!
