Nine Years

On August 28th, Patrick and I celebrated our 9 year wedding anniversary.  We had a nice dinner out together (thank you Nana Sandy for watching the kids!) which was just perfect.  I can't believe that in those nine years we are going on our 3rd house and 3rd child!  What a year this will be for us!
I could not be more lucky being married to such a wonderful man and father for our (almost) 3 children.  I love him more today than I did even then, 9 years ago, when we got married!

A Day On The Lake

Our 2 little cuties all ready for a day on the water.

Since our whole moving & selling our house business, which probably started the beginning of May, we had been just so crazy busy.  Practically our whole summer had to be dedicated to that.  So, our kids have had to deal with Mom & Dad being too busy to do a lot of "fun" things with them.  Now that we have finally made it to Chaska, we have been able to take part in many more kid-friendly activities.  We are all thankful for that!

I just love them in their cute hats and sunglasses:)

Sophia about to take a dip in the lake.

Gav only getting a foot wet at first...it was a little chilly.

Patrick's Birthday

On August 17th it was Patrick's 36th Birthday!  Here he is the day after making 36 look pretty darn good:)  Happy Birthday Honey!  We love you so much and look forward to celebrating many, many more birthdays with you!  You are a wonderful husband and tremendous father...we could not ask for anything more!

Fair Time!

August is" Fair Time" in MN and so we managed to catch a couple of the smaller ones in our new western suburbs area.  Here the kids and I are before we headed out to the Carver County Fair.  I just think it is so cute how G has his hand on my ever-growing tummy:)  I was 24 weeks along at this time but now am almost 27 weeks.

Daddy and the kids ready to go down the big slide....

turned out a little blurry but I love this one of all of their faces:)

Patrick and his kiddos.

A couple weeks ago we also went to the Victoria Street Fair.  The kids had fun with their new clown noses, balloon figures, ice cones and going down big blow-up slides.  Not bad for a little street fair!

G is first down the slide and loves it!

Soph is next and loves it too!

Happy campers!

Daddy with his kids at the Victoria Street Fair.  This was actually taken on Patrick's 36th birthday (more on that to come)...Happy Birthday Honey!

They have the same smile on this pic....although I think both are them are fake smiles...ha!

Sophia always has to be collecting flowers along every walk that she goes on....such a girl:)

Snow White, the Prince and Cinderella.

Probably the highlight of the park was the ride that they took in a little train....they were all smiles:)

So excited!

There they go!

Even Santa made it into the park.

Soph and the Little Mermaid.

Ride' em cowboy/cowgirl!

We also took short trip to the Dinosaur park in Rapid City while we there....it ended not being as impressive as I remember it.  But they were fun to climb on!
